Event Review: Crescendo, date: 11 July 2008... Part3

today, is a Cybershot phone useful? I am examined from head to toe and the Crescendo event, is it any good?
right, solo performers, we have Pearl, See Long, Elyse and some with a D-name and a R-name... ah couldn't be bothered.
7. Solo-performers: 8/10: just pure courage...
now i have been told that Pearl made a bit of mistake during her big day. by right i wanted to take 3 points off for that. but then, let's put it this way, if i was the one performing, will i be able to deliever the whole item flawlessly? i doubt so. so great effort. and i think i must mention that See Long has a nice singing voice too.... so Cheers!
8. Mr Benjamin Quek: 9.5/10: brilliant speaker, hand on heart he is...
now, who would expect that Mr Quek, a rather monotonous guy delivered a terribly engaging closing speech for the event.. in his speech, i saw his charisma spread all over the hall, i even dare to say that he spoke better than the Principal, seriously. lol!

well, i thought, i was going to be disappointed when i went for Crescendo, so i decided to forget my trusty Canon Powershot camera... and i did this too in the name of saving the amount of weight i carry. but BIG mistake, the whole concert is SUPERB, its utterly joyous and you know what ever since, auto-realated stuff and Top Gear, Crescendo is the next to join my ''fun board''. i regret leaving the Canon at home. SHIT! but still, my Cybershot phone did a decent job in taking pictures. but then, there are limitations though. for instance its not exactly what you call accurate over long range and that, you have to risk some quality in order to get the range.
the worst part though i'll say is that, it went on strike when choir came out. the lens cover for instance, jammed shut, refusing to open up. the white balance suddenly had mood swing, making all my pictures look pitch black and at sometimes, when i called for auto-focus, it went to sleep instead, maybe we should call it the auto-blur or the auto-sleep; that will be a more appropriate name.
Cybershot??? i doubt so... er, hang on... what about its user? me. i certainly had some problems as well, my hands and knees in particular wobbled and shook, so i may well have contributed to my own screw up as well.. not fair to blame my phone entirely... :(
10. me: 0.5/10: i m rubbish, the end
now i must say, i m not exactly well-dressed firstly, and that, i forget my Canon camera and i am probably the ugliest there. done, the end... and its no wonder why my Cybershot didn't want to serve me.
Overall, Crescendo gets a 9/10 really. truely exciting.... how i wish i can hear that beautiful voice again.... :(
